DELIVERY & RETURNS

Returns Policy


We hope you will be pleased with your WHERE fashion items.

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will refund or exchange a product provided it is in resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, packaging.


We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.


We will not charge postage for exchange or replacement items sent to the customer.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Returns from within the UK.

If you find that you need to return an item for an exchange or refund you really have nothing to worry about – You just need to use the FREEPOST return label supplied with your invoice and hand the parcel over at your local Post Office. Please be sure to ask for a Proof of Posting Receipt when you hand the parcel over to the Post Office. We can not be held responsible for items that fail to reach us without a Proof of Posting Receipt.

Please also remember to complete the returns form enclosed with the order so that we know whether you want an exchange, refund or alternative product.

Deliveries to Europe

International couriers will be used for all despatches to these destinations.

The courier charge for the first item will be £7.50. Any additional items bought at the same time will incur a 50% additional postage charge.

Deliveries should take between 2 – 3 days from point of order to reach you. However, please allow 14 working days for any postal delays before contacting WHERE Customer Services.

Packages will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that the customer will be required to arrange the return of any items to our UK warehouse. We will refund the postage costs for the return of any faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.

Otherwise, the same terms apply as UK deliveries.

Deliveries within the UK

Our Standard delivery service uses Royal Mail First Class recorded Post.

We endeavour to despatch orders received within 24 hours (weekdays only). Where orders are placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.

You should receive your order within 1-2 days (with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes). Please note that this service may require a signature to be given on delivery.

The carriage cost for one small item will be £3.70 to anywhere within the UK. Any second item ordered at the same time will incur an additional carriage charge of £1.85.

A large item such as a boot will cost £5.00 per pair.

Please ensure that you have chosen a delivery address that will be able to accept your delivery when it arrives. Your delivery will need to be signed for. If the royal mail cannot hand the parcel over at the designated delivery address they will leave a card to let you know that a delivery has been attempted. If you would like a re-delivery to be made to the same address, please follow the instructions on the card.

We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. If you are unsure of your postcode please check against either Royal Mail’s free Postcode Finder: www.royalmail.com or use the ‘Free Postcode Finder’ service at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk

Please also note that for first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we may place a phone call with you to verify that your card is not being used without your knowledge – this is for your own protection.

Deliveries to the USA & Rest of the World

International couriers will be used for all despatches to these destinations.

The courier charge for the first item will be £15.00. Any additional items bought at the same time will incur a 50% additional postage charge.

When ordering goods from Wherefashion.com for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Wherefashion.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Cross border deliveries may be subject to opening & inspection by local customs.
